WISE 3rd General Assembly (GA)

The WISE project successfully held its Third General Assembly (GA) in the dynamic city of Trollhättan, Sweden, generously hosted by our partners Högskolan Väst and GKN Aerospace. Known for its strong industrial heritage and cutting-edge aerospace research, Trollhättan provided an inspiring setting for this important milestone in the project’s journey.

The 3rd GA offered a valuable opportunity for consortium partners to review progress and ensure alignment across several core Work Packages, including WP1, WP4, WP5, WP6, WP7, WP8, and WP10. The meeting featured constructive and forward-looking discussions on technical developments, system integration aspects, and the next strategic steps of the project. Partners shared key achievements and collaboratively addressed upcoming challenges, reinforcing their shared commitment to advancing sustainable and innovative manufacturing solutions.

Following the General Assembly, participants visited the hosts’ laboratories and research facilities, gaining first-hand insight into ongoing experimental activities and technological advancements. The visit not only highlighted the high-level research being conducted but also further strengthened collaboration and knowledge exchange among partners.

The Third General Assembly in Trollhättan marked another significant step forward for the WISE project, consolidating progress, enhancing technical integration, and reaffirming the consortium’s strong collaborative spirit as the project moves into its next ambitious phase.
